advisory board

collaboration

Vivienne receives information and advice directly from figures in the scientific community, including a Senior Research Leader and Associate Professor at Kew Gardens’ Millennium Seed Bank in Wakehurst; the Head of Tree Collections and a Senior Research Leader in Crops and Global Change, focusing on legumes, both from the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew; a Soil Specialist; a Natural History Museum Collections curator; and a Professor and Honorary Senior Researcher of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, The University of Western Australia, specialising in international legume breeding programs to support future food security. Most recently, she welcomed an environmental ethicist and Doctor of Philosophy, who is a Lecturer at Oxford University, specialising in the ethics of climate change and other pressing environmental issues.

The advisory board’s expertise brings invaluable insights to help guide our mission toward sustainability and responsible stewardship of our planet.

Visualising science-based art supports her quest by encouraging discussion and engagement in imagining future scenarios amidst current ecological challenges.

A Japanese advisor provides her with in-depth information to better understand the 72 Japanese micro-seasons that she observes, capturing the wonders of small changes.
